1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Stonegate Pub Company Limited ("Stonegate", "we", "us" or "our").
Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Stonegate Pub Company Limited, its group companies, agents, contractors, and any person professionally connected with the administration of this promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any prize awarded.
Promotional Period
3.1 The promotion opens at 00:01 on 9 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 December 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3.2 Customers who have made a qualifying booking on or before 30 September 2026 and retain that booking during the Promotional Period will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
3.3 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
4.1 Customers who have made and retain a qualifying booking at a participating Popworld, Reflex, Flares, Moo Moo, Fever, Rosies, Ark, Embassy, Sailors Arms or Core venue operated by Stonegate, where the booking was made on or before 30 September 2026 and remains valid between 9 November 2026 and 30 December 2026, will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.
4.2 Only completed and valid bookings made on or before 30 September 2026 and retained throughout the Promotional Period will qualify.
4.3 One entry will be awarded per qualifying booking.
4.4 No purchase other than the qualifying booking is necessary to enter.
Prize
5.1 One winner will receive a promotional package with a total approximate retail value of £500 for use on New Year's Eve 2026 at the participating venue selected in the original qualifying booking, comprising:
• Entry tickets for up to six (6) guests.
• Cloakroom access for up to six (6) guests.
• Taxi contribution of up to £60.
• Clothing voucher(s) with a value of up to £100.
• Takeaway voucher(s) with a value of up to £50.
• A reserved booth area, subject to availability.
• A drinks package with a value of up to £250.
5.2 The exact composition of the prize may vary between venues. Where any prize element becomes unavailable, Stonegate reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
5.3 The booth element of the prize is subject to availability at the selected venue and cannot be guaranteed.
5.4 The prize must be used on New Year's Eve 2026 and no alternative dates will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
6.3 The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of booking.
6.4 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Stonegate reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Prize Fulfilment
7.1 Prize details and redemption instructions will be sent to the winner via email.
7.2 It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied during the booking process is accurate and capable of receiving communications.
7.3 Stonegate accepts no responsibility for incorrect email details, failed delivery, spam filtering, technical failures, or any other circumstances which prevent receipt of prize communications.
Redemption Restrictions
8.1 The prize and any associated vouchers or promotional codes:
(a) may only be redeemed once;
(b) must be redeemed in a single transaction unless otherwise stated;
(c) are non-transferable;
(d) are non-refundable;
(e) may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize;
(f) may not be sold or auctioned; and
(g) may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.2 Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and no cash or alternative compensation will be provided.
Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonegate shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the prize draw or acceptance or use of the prize.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Stonegate's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Data Protection
10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed by Stonegate for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Stonegate's Privacy Policy.
General
11.1 Stonegate reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, altered or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Stonegate reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.3 Stonegate's decision in relation to all matters concerning this promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
