To enter the competitions, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry.

This competition runs from the 1st of March to the 1st of April.

You must have downloaded and signed up to MiXR to qualify for entry.

You must have either scanned the MiXR app or have your bank card linked for transaction verification.

Each card transaction of the qualifying product equals one entry between the 1st of March and 30th March. Each card transaction of the qualifying product equals three entries on the 31st of March and 1st of April.

Entries received before the stated opening time & date and entries received after the stated closing time & date will not be accepted.

One winner will be selected randomly via the data drawn from the MiXR app for each prize.

Stonegate Pub Company will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of technical malfunction of any kind.

The competition is open to all except Stonegate Pub Company’s employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The prizes will be drawn on the 10th of April.

Winners will be chosen at random, drawn performed by a computer process.

The winner will be contacted directly. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided via MiXR. Winners have 48 hours to respond to the winning entry correspondence. If communications are not responded to within this time another winner will be chosen to receive the prize.

The decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered about it.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Stonegate Pub Company reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the company’s control make it necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonegate Pub Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stonegate Pub Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Winners contact details will be shared with the supplier/delivery to arrange all prize details and deliveries.
