These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.stonegategroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/ From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Only open to residents in England aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Stonegate group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. Promotion opens 2nd December 2024 and closes 29th December. Prizes are split into 4 weeks and winners of each round will be notified directly by the marketing within 4 weeks of competition closure.
Each week there will be a total of the following prizes.
• 1 x £1000 Voucher
• 1 x £500 Voucher
• 1 x £300 Voucher
• 4 x £100 Vouchers
3. Stonegate Pub Company will contact the winners directly using email address provided and hold no responsibility for any errors in email address provided by entrants.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
5. There is no alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes.
6. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion, and/or its terms and conditions in whole or in part, without prior notice due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
9. If a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. The participating outlets have a right to refuse entry or service in accordance with the outlet’s Premises Licence and in the interest of promoting the licensing objectives.
11. Prizes are subject to UK and local Government restrictions.

13. The winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the outlets in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
14. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

15. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
